Jack in the Box, the US fast food chain, has launched a new bacon recipe, the Bacon Insider. This sandwich presents interesting features, like the brioche bun, and, in addition of the smoked bacon and the bacon mayo, they mixed pieces of bacon in the patty.
It will be quite interesting to see if this idea is spreading over to other chains, and with other ingredients, like a cheese and beef patty. (http://www.jackinthebox.com/)
