Danish Spark : Natural Umami Powder

Danmark might be one of the most advanced country when it comes to food understanding, maybe a side effect of Noma and all the work they lead. They definitely have a better grab on umami, as shows this "Natural Umami" mix available in supermarket, next to herbs and pepper. When will we see in France or Germany a product claiming "high in umami" ?

This mix is made of tomato, onion, soy sauce powder, garlic, fish sauce powder, mushrooms : no doubt it is umami ...
