Famous Cozy Soup 'n' Burger : an unusual combination?

 In New York, Cosy Soup 'n' Burger gives its patrons the possibility to combine burgers with a soup. It seems quite simple, but have you ever asked for a burger in a soup bar ? Or for a soup in a fast food? Those two foodstuffs are certainly ones of the most distant : soup is seen as healthy, veggies, cosy, (maybe boring?) when burgers are funny, fatty, bigs (unhealthy?).

Famous Cozy did not go to far in the soup direction, as they offer 4 soups and 30 burgers (which you can have with french fries). But the combination is certainly a great idea,  and would definitly work in some fast food chain.

Greenshoot soup : spot the difference with Nespresso

Let's use the new liquid soup from Greenshoot (http://www.greenshoot.fr), to play "spot the difference" with a Nespresso pack ...

• The flavour is a known one (cauliflower)  refined with "gorgonzola and walnut's fragments" to have a special one, like the Nespresso coffee variation.
• The intensity scale, which is for us totally new on a soup, is clearly a Nespresso copy
• The seasonnality of the flavour makes it even nobler
• And of course the color of the pack.

 So, the only difference is, that it is soup and not a coffee. But the concept of high quality soup is quite good !
