Blue Hill Savory Yogurt (Savoury Yogurt, part 2)
Blue Hill Yogurt (http://bluehillyogurt.com/) were first made in Blue Hill restaurants for their own purpose (the original Blue Hill restaurant, opened in 2000, is located in Greenwich Village, New York City, and was a speakasy). As those savory yogurt had quite a success, the owners decided to launch them on the market.
They offer Carrot, Sweet potato, Beet, Butternut Squash, Tomato and Parsnip. The concept is quite rare, and hard to find in Europe (see http://umamispark.blogspot.de/2014/01/yeo-valley-savoury-yogurt-savoury.html), but we are quite convinced it could easily work. More over, as blank yogurt are quite spread over Europe, what about a special fix or mix tomake your own savoury yogurt?
